We deliver training directly and in partnership with trusted providers, ensuring organisations receive high-quality, appropriate, and compliant solutions to meet both regulatory and recognised standard requirements.

We support a wide range of management systems for and compliance areas, including quality, health and safety, environmental management, food safety, pharmaceutical and general regulatory and legal compliance. This includes support beyond formal certification, where organisations simply need practical compliance assurance.
Do you offer bespoke consultancy?
Yes. All consultancy services are tailored to your organisation’s specific needs. We take time to understand your business, objectives, risks, and regulatory requirements before recommending practical, effective, and proportionate solutions.
Can you support us through certification?
Yes. We support organisations at all stages of the certification journey, from initial gap analysis and system development through to internal audits and preparation for external certification audits.
Do you provide training?
Yes. We provide training designed to support competence, awareness, and compliance within your organisation. Training is delivered either directly by Turnstone or through our trusted training partners, and can be provided on-site or remotely, depending on your requirements.
Do you carry out audits?
Yes. We carry out internal audits, compliance audits, and supplier audits to assess the effectiveness of management systems, legal compliance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
How are your services delivered?
Our services can be delivered on-site, remotely, or through a blended approach, depending on your needs, location, and preferences.
We don’t have anything in place, can you help?
Yes. We regularly support organisations that have little or no formal systems in place. We can assess your current position, identify your legal and compliance requirements, and put practical, proportionate arrangements in place that are suitable for your business.
Can you act as our Health & Safety Competent Person?
Yes. We can act as your appointed Health & Safety Competent Person, providing competent advice and ongoing support. Where we are appointed in this role, we will attend site regularly (as agreed) to review compliance, provide guidance, and support continual improvement.
We do, however, recommend that you nominate a suitable point of contact within your organisation to manage day-to-day health and safety matters, with Turnstone providing oversight, advice, and support as required.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. We offer ongoing support to help organisations maintain compliance, manage change, and continually improve their management systems and compliance arrangements.
How much do your services cost?
Our fees are based on the scope and complexity of the services required. We offer pay-as-you-go support as well as structured support packages, depending on what best suits your organisation. Clear, transparent quotations are provided before any work begins.
If I buy a template, will you help me use it?
Yes. We offer a free 15-minute consultation call to help you get started. If you need more detailed support, you can also book one of our longer consultation calls to work through the template in more depth and tailor it to your business.
When you purchase a template, you’ll also receive a 10% discount code to use against consultation costs.
Can I get a refund for policies?
All policy and template purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided, due to the digital nature of the products.
