Did you know that a new review has been launched by the UK government to boost the employment prospects of autistic people? The review aims to spread opportunity, narrow employment gaps, and grow the UK economy. The review will focus on supporting employers to recruit and retain autistic people and harvest the benefits of a neurodiverse workforce🧩

What is the current issue? 🧠🌈♾
Currently, employment opportunities for autistic people in the UK are limited, with fewer than three in ten in work. However, autism research and campaigning charity, Autistica, said they want to see this employment rate doubled by 2030, and it is hoped that the review will aid in achieving this goal 🧩

🧩Evaluating the current support available for autistic people already in work and developing these to reduce stigma and improve the productivity of autistic employees.
